Lit. etc.

For developing a powerful resource, the training must be of that effect. Our academics are not promising enough to cater to the needs of the organisation. Even after completing the studies our workforce is not ready to deliver. But they search for optional institutes providing the required training. This has lead to increase in expenditure on building a workforce + time. Also the institutes decide the cost of the course which is not monitored by any body. This is a common issue of a common man.

Diesel rates are down by Rs.6 per litre but the auto and taxi driver charge old rates which is wrong practice. When rates are increased these people increase the rates of their autos and taxis but when it came down they do not bother to lessen the rates. Therefore, it is required to create some system that when the fuel charges are getting down the charges of fare should come down.
