Sir , As far as my opinion and personal experience goes, skill development depends upon person to person.Skills and intrest are related inherently. We can not dream of creating great football players without the players having intrest in football. As one of my uncle cited, dont go for the stamina of kids ,let the children dwindle with football, intrest will arise and eventually skills would develop.Sir knowledge comes after intrest and that in my view is actual skill.

for skill development in 21cent. we have to look back we have to identify the work which will not have importance in future like brick worker or stone carving worker, people who lives by folk dance or who performs cultural program at holy place first of all we have to bring thease people in main stream by education skill development because due to migration their childs cant get proper education & child also do work like his father we have to stop this at any point & best way is to develop skill

we should change the education system and follow a uniform syllabus across the country and bring education department under 'HRD- ministry' and develop the children across the country with efficiency & with ability to handle the social problems faced by children.

1,India should adopt "one India policy" which means same rights for all citizens of states & union territory, 2,Centralisation of police force to share intelligence and CT operations 3,Centalisation of state finance to have a regular tax policy 4,merger of all public sector psubanks for easy atm maintenance and cover large service areas with already existing staff & atm machines 5,all govt tenders should be given online & helpline for instant complaint against corruption by govt staff.

First of all we need to change our education system. Revise course and introduce more practical subjects in it.And after std.7 ll give chance to students for choosing their interested area.and pls introduce karate and yoga as compulsory subjects for all students .

How dangerous the muslims are..? A discreet survey of the country madrasas found the foreigners teaching [mainly Bangladeshis ] ,who have manage to acquire Indian identity by the help of local tmc & jamat leaders [like hasan imran ahmed]..The aim is to exploit the feeling of alienation or discontent among young impressionable muslims, with the larger purpose of radicalizing them to take up jihadi terror ...Mainly Kerala based NGO with strong like to the banned PIGS organization SIMI is trying to spread jihadi operation in West Bengal & Assam .This organization r spreading religious extremist among the pigs..These NGO get foreign funds to build madrassa and lot of money is pumped to feed terror activities through the hawala channels ...After interrogation by NIA to terrorist pigs sajid ali & zia-ul-haq has told their mission was to create a greater Bangladesh including Malda,Murshidabad,Nadia and Birbhum by the directly support from local mujahiddin party tmc muslims leaders and terrorist cum MP hasan imran ahmed..Also the banned jbm group was ready to launch terror acts to achieve its goal at Bengal . Also said rebuilding the organization before unleashing a taliban -like military take over a distric in north west Bangladesh and intended to use this as a base to establish islamic pigs law. They had also to others states and encourage the youth to join for greater Bangladesh.Their lady prostitute woman told to lay honey traps on local Govt. officials & tmc leaders to seek information and also favours. They worked to a large extent in W.B and was confident tht it work in other state as well. The majlis-e-shura and local tmc leaders maintained tht what they needed to build aws an army and not a terror outfit How afraid and uncultured muslims are ...?-they mostly [99.99%] r belongs afraid, uncultured and fake community .Recently a formar member of USA navy SEAL said tht terrorist osama-bin-laden died afraid and had told plz, dont be kill me after he knew they were reach to kill him ..All they r similar by hold rat heart but verbally talking too much like other leaders & terrorist[Asaduddin Owaisi,Bagdadi, azam khan, hasan ahmed imram, manirul & arabul islam].. Lastly I have the similar view on their educationist leaders like zameeruddin shah[amu,vc] ..he can say if Govt. give me the funds for expansion of the library at University ,I will welcome girls ....I have to follow the code of conduct of the muslims[uncultured] community[as per me---my foot] ............... So I mean to say tht there is no difference muslims terrorist ,leaders ,educationist, common muslims man and the pigs............

Sir if you actually want to develop the skills of people in India then first need to get rid of the quota system from Education and start doing skill mapping. The biggest problem is people who can't even frame 1 sentence of their own they are responsible for educating the youth of India !!!! Basic education should be free for all till the level of class 12th and after that once you enter the competitive world then only the fittest should move forward.

Dear PM, the skill development should start from childhood. We need to recognise the skills which the little-ones have to develop them when they grow-up. Our existing Primary education system & study methods does not allow us or the teachers to find the skill a particular child has. Neither the child not the teachers seems interested in imparting quality education. Every one is interested to learn English & regional language are being lost. We need to have Primary education in Regional language of the child only.
