One of the major problems India is facing is the students produced by our Universities. We have been trying have more and more IITs, IIMs and IAMs. This is good, but this will not solve our education problem. Education needs a strong Research component. This is missing in our Universities as they have deteriorated. My proposal is that we should use our excellent researchers who have formally retired should adopt our universities where they are given funds to revive the glory of the Universities.

In India skill development is a must or else our country will bite the dust while other countries will prosper speedily. I want to tell that in my college , the condition is a complete mess . It is located in ODISHA , district- SUNDARGARH, near Panposh chowk , Roukela. Its name is Govt.(Autonomous) College. No chance of skill is reflected in studies in that college. The conditions of practical rooms are critical and faculties bore us while teaching. Among these problems how can we hope skill.

Respected PM sir, (My experience) Sir, i finished my engineering from an private university, the problem was while searching for a job i couldn't find any job due to inexperience, but luckily my father could help me get training in the company he works. The point is that practical training while in college would have saved a lot of time for me and many like me, so no special training would be required after college for skill development, only general corporate training would be enough.

If Swatch Campaign is to succeed why don't we begin to treat the sewage/waste disposal personnel from the Municipality with respect? Starting with new uniforms, gloves and twice their current salary as a recognition of their service.
