Page No: 3 Suggestions:- This is ridiculous !! Is this simplified returns than existing?? Initially during implantation such presentation was shown and actual its total haywire likewise this proposed drafts and procedures look good on PDF but shall not succeed at all. Govt should find another way how their system will check taxes and returns are paid/uploaded by supplier. 150 odd countries having GST are they matched invoice to invoice?

GST Problems : MOBILE NO AND EMAIL ID CHANGE OPTION REQUIRED. CUREENT GST E FILING SYSTEM IS NOT SIMPLE. WEBSITE IS SLOW. FORMS ARE NOT CLEAR. THE AVEARAGE PEOPLE ARE NOT KNOWN AS GST FORM RULES. WE WANT GSTR1,2,3 TO BE COMBINED IN SINGLE FORM. THE TAXPAYERS ARE READY TO PAID THE GST. BUT LATE FEE COLLECTED ARE TOO HIGH. SO THE ORDINARY TRADERS ARE AFFRAID WITH GST E FILING.

Kindly change periodicity of return filing and payment both as: monthly for large taxpayers (eg:T/O above 50crs) and bimonthly i.e every two months for others.Bimonthly will give time to everyone to arrange documents and payment.and assessee with T/O above 50cr mostly have manpower/resources to meet monthly gst requirements. The proposed system of monthly payment and return on qtrly basis, will leave a loophole to issue backdated bills, since details will be submitted only after 3 mnths. #gst

If E way portal is connected with GST portal then there will be no need for applying cumber some TCS on e commerce players and make life difficult for small vendors selling on e commerce platform.Every good sold through e commerce platform will be accompanied with E way bill and no chance of tax evasion.E way time limit should be relaxed and more transit time should be allowed which will make E way compliance easy.Goods sold by E way bill to URP should get autopopulated in B2C heading automatic

Until and unless E way data is auto populated at GST portal, Indian tax payers will find it cumber some to look for specially trained accountants to file GST returns.Once E way data get auto populated at GST portal then every tax payers can find it convenient to file GST returns because now the Data is already entered and only action is to be taken on invoices by tax payers. This is the most simplified way of filing GST returns which was once suggested by Infosys chairman Nandan Nilekani himself
