GST is advantage in some way for many people.company manufacturing a product buys a raw material from a dealer he buys the raw material for some amount and rest he buys through black (without showing that material under taxes). As many taxes reduced to one tax they can't cheat the government easily. From now from that raw material till manufacturing is under IT scan and they have to pay taxes.

Would like to make following changes
1. Due date of sales annexure must be 15th instead of 10th
2. If Sales Annexture filed late why must a buyer required to suffer allow credit in same month irrespective of date of filling
3. Impose penalty for filling late return of Sales annexure instead postponement of credit to purchaser this provision is violation of natural justice
WHAT IF RECONCILIATION PART KEPT ON QUARTERLY BASIS FOR ALL INSTEAD OF MONTHLY???? WHAT IS HARM??

Worse situation is that
1. Have to file Bill wise Sales Annexure in case of (Monthly return, Quarterly return and Sugam)
2. If failed to upload purchaser will suffer as he will not get credit in that month
These return increase the work load of CA in two ways
1. Upload sales annexture till 10th
2. Pay taxes till 20th
So in nutshell for first 20 days of every month no other work will be possible at all.
