I am to inform you that my Points in MyGov portal today displaying around 2 lakhs 80 thousands. However, my previous points was around 66 lakhs. I was regularly participating in all the discussions in the MyGov portal and I was shocked today to see the points around 2 lakhs. I am enclosing all the screenshots of different dates of points since last year. Please go through and do the needful as I am very much upset with the present scenario. My target is to cross the 1 crores points landmark but everything is vanished now.

Generally it takes time for consumers to switch from one one product to other until and unless they find any value or benefits over switching . Primarily we can focus on the price conscious segment where they can reduce their fuel cost by using electric vehicle and advertise it as an key point which helps the consumers to switch. The second category is based on age group and gender where the old age people prefer using EV over fuel based engine vehicle the GOI should promote and encourage schemes to old age people and women's prefer EV's which is easy to access . The other segment is the prestigious segment where consumers prefer vehicle as their companion and they cant come over towards their attachment from fuel engines especially males motorcycle riders feel manly while shifting gears, listening to their motorcycle exhaust sound , fuelling at a fuel station . The vehicle manufactures should focus on advertisment and cost GOV should focus on schemes, incentives & infra dev

Any new innovation to reach the general public will take some time, GoI should comeout with huge financial benefits to user. For Eg: Now a days we could see more number of three wheelers with this innovation, it is good. Ultimate user is not benefitted, Benefits availed by the auto owner is not sharing to the actual user that means the fare collected by an normal vehicle is as similar to these vehicles also, then how come users fall into these? So there should be a control over prices and users should be given major benefit. Be it Railways, Road Transport etc. Real time users should be given benefit. Government(s) should take steps on those lines, apart from individual user vehicle benefits like subsidy to few categories, should be relaxed to all the users, more number of charging points on PPP model should comeup. Importantly vehicle cost should come down, manufacturers should not compete with other mode of consumption vehicles. E revolution should be encouraged.

For a country like India where there is huge income gap, purchase of costly EV cars will remain limited to upper middle/rich. If EV cars is to be made more popular then price needs to come down to level of petrol/diesel cars.
Further, cost factor of battery replacement is to be considered as it will result in creation of massive lead waste from batteries.
