Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship is mandated to lay down a roadmap for Skill development and Entrepreneurship in the country. Developing a comprehensive and holistic policy document is an integral part of the process. This requires a fresh look at the already existing National Policy on Skill Development (NPSD), 2009.

The Ministry has been in the process of drafting a National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2015. Preliminary inputs were called for from all concerned Central Ministries/Departments on the work being done in the skill development and entrepreneurship space along with issues/concerns in the sector. The draft National Policy has been developed based on these preliminary inputs and in consultation with various stakeholders during the course of last six months. It is now desired to have wider consultations on the draft policy to develop a cohesive vision and roadmap for skilling India with speed, scale and standards.

On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life. Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.

Respected Modi sir....I DONT know where to write my suggestions for the interest of Nation..here I want to write some of things which I saw in the society..kindly see .... 1.all TV and other media should have a regulation that not to show any thing which can affect security and police action.by breaking news of any topic. 2.we should think about poor homeless people those are living on footpath.under bridges.asking monry in train .rly platforms.road .etc.some rules to be made on priority.

Sir,Skill Development and Entrepreneurship is not only for young and learning people please arrange a small but mass label training on milk production,chicken farms,fishing development moreover it can be arranged in village and definitely it will improve the wealth of villages and health of cites,sir please arrange a network of chocolate industry in villages it can meet our internal market requirement as well as it can be exported also.These small type of things can help us to achieve the best.

Academic system is becoming costly day by day and after passing 12th a student choose his/her line for carrier. The system some how restrict the people from villages and also from poor families to go higher. Hence another line for those who donot want to go through this academic system should be available after Standard V. This system should in two tier system.1. Primery- for 4 years and 2. specialisation for 2 years. This study should on the job training with class room input .

Now day #SkillDevelopment is more important because some area in India they do not know how to change yourself and helpful to India. #MyGov pm of India some knowledgeable person they do not help to low level person and they every time think about profit.if Indian people help to other people and not think every time about profit so I think India lead at world level. #Entrepreneurship now a day is very important because #Entrepreneur help to create beautiful India and beautiful world.

PM Sir in our country students are talented but they don't have opportunities to make country powerfull.Please Sir give easy education loans to students to make fund for their courses. Students have talent but don't have money to do that courses that they want to do. Open more ITI and Polytechnics more students.

कार्य कुशलता या कौशल शिक्षा और कार्य से आता है इसके लिये बचपन से इस क्षेत्र की ओर ध्यान देना होगा प्रथम कक्षा से बच्चे की चाहत उसकी जानने की जिज्ञासा क्षमता ओर कौशिक से पहचान कर उसे उसी प्रकार की शिक्षा दे साथ मै देश के लिए क्या हितकारी है और किस क्षेत्र मे हमे विकास को बढ़ावा देना है उसके अनुसार कार्य कुशलता को बढावा दिया जाए तो हम कार्य कुशलता मे अग्रसर होकर दुनिया को कुशल कार्यबल दे सकते है जिससे रोजगार भी बढेगा गरीबी कम होगी साथ मै भारत मे बनाए इसमे भी सहायता मिलेगी ओर विदेशी चलन भी प्राप्त
