The Ministry is seeking suggestions/ ideas/ inputs on the modalities of  celebrating the village formation day, either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day.

Individual queries series of questions seeking inputs on the following aspects of the village formation day would be posed to the citizens:

i.    How the village formation day may be identified by each village i.e. either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day?

ii.    What all activities could be undertaken for celebrating the village formation day?

iii.    In what ways could the villagers be involved with the celebration of the village formation day?

iv.    What could be the funding source(s) for the celebrating the village formation day?

v.    What resolve by villagers/Gram Panchayat,  Goal setting for next year/five years towards improving quality of life parameters (like safe drinking water, open defecation free village, solid and liquid waste management, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc.)
could be incorporated in the village formation day?

vi.    What could be the basis of the preparation of the roll of honour of individuals?

vii.    What kind of awards honouring the people who have done exceptional work could be instituted during the village formation day?

Dear Prime Minister Ji, The Cities and Villages in the history of our ancestors build in 2500 BCE like Dwaraka etc., but now this is going to be copied from them in another country, this is same to all Indians. We have lot of technologies available in our country to development of all cities and villages, we can spend little bit of amount through state and central governments as a present taxation policies and credit to municipalities, corporations and villages. Please see attached docs.

Dear Prime Minister Ji, Smart Cities and Smart Villages in the history of our ancestors build in 2500 BCE like Dwaraka etc., but now this is going to be copied from them in another country, this is same to all Indians. We have lot of technologies available in our country to development of all cities and villages, we can spend little bit of amount through state and central governments as a present taxation policies and credit to municipalities, corporations and villages. 1.Every village should have multiple biogas plants which will help convert sewage into useful manure for agriculture.It will also help make methane gas which can be used by the women to cook.It will reduce exposure of women to smoke.If its difficult to give piped gas supply to all rural households then atleast large common kitchens can be built for women to cook . These facilities can be maintained by women self help groups of the village.It will keep villages clean of waste.

sabse pahle bpl ko 1 rupeya k.g. rice band kar dena chahie uske jagah par unhe paise khate me mil jai to thik hoga sath hi school me MDM bhi band kar account me paise dena behatar hoga kyonki isase kisan kam nahi kar rahe hai ek ghar me hi BPl ke 4 card hain ye bhi Dhanbad jile me khas kar aur school me mdm band karne ka matlab ye hai bachhe sirf khana khane ja rahe pardhai ki jagah. angabadi kendra hai magar bachhe kaise ayenge privet school me 3 verse kebachho ko free me admi.ho jata hai.

I am working as a temporary staff in a govt aided school. I have been working here for the academic year 2014-2015 from June 2014. However i have not received my salary till date. I have constantly followed up the salary claim made to the department on regular basis. Every time i was given the same negative reply by the clerk of education department. How can you help me out so i can receive my salary on regular basis. Hoping you would help me out.
