The Ministry is seeking suggestions/ ideas/ inputs on the modalities of  celebrating the village formation day, either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day.

Individual queries series of questions seeking inputs on the following aspects of the village formation day would be posed to the citizens:

i.    How the village formation day may be identified by each village i.e. either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day?

ii.    What all activities could be undertaken for celebrating the village formation day?

iii.    In what ways could the villagers be involved with the celebration of the village formation day?

iv.    What could be the funding source(s) for the celebrating the village formation day?

v.    What resolve by villagers/Gram Panchayat,  Goal setting for next year/five years towards improving quality of life parameters (like safe drinking water, open defecation free village, solid and liquid waste management, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc.)
could be incorporated in the village formation day?

vi.    What could be the basis of the preparation of the roll of honour of individuals?

vii.    What kind of awards honouring the people who have done exceptional work could be instituted during the village formation day?

The action of the celebrating Village formation by our plan at Balipatna block of Odisha through our partner organization- sanjevni education and welfare foundation organizing all the information among wardmembers and sarpanch for modeing block of the govt. plan an policies. within january 26th we are arranging the training program for the panchyat coordinators for the sakriya panchyat programs . Now we are preparatory phases for selection of the coordinators. N.K.PANDU-NB DP INDIA

Now the time has come to control people speaking against PM/ ruling party/Defense forces.So much liberty on right to speak on T.V. channels or in public, responsible to tarnish image of Hindustan. Till the time the change in rule take place,people who try to divide or act/speak against our Country must be marked for action.

Dear Sir, I would like to share my view about rights of gram panchayat. they should have right to solve the initial problem like Land dimidiation in two brothers and other problems . I have seen so many of villagers are wasting their money in city court for solving their normal problems. eventually they could be solved with getting consideration with panchayat. So we should have develop and evaluate the nature of work for panchyat, so poor people can get solved their problems on 0 cost.

Respetocted sir, I would like to share my view that every activity in Gram panchayat like any job/acivity done in that Gram panchayat may be exposed to all person of that gram panchayat so that each person can see activity done by which person and by which authorities so that corruption can be minimised to expose currupt people.

मैं सरकार से यही गुजारिस करना चाहता हू कि गाँव की जनता को अपनी अभिव्यक्ति चाहे वो प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष हो ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर जाहिर करने का मौका दिया जाना चाहिए और उस पर त्वरित कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित किया जाना चाहिए

इस समस्या का समाधान तभी हो सकता है जब कोई ऐसा तंत्र बनाया जा सके जिससे कि इनकी विवेक और ईमान पर सवाल उठा सके. पहले लोग किसी के प्रति या खिलाफ कोई आवाज उठानी होती थी तो लोग कलम और कागज का इस्तेमाल करते थे पर अब इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया का जमाना आ गया है आजकल लोग सोशल मीडिया पर अपनी बात रखते है पर ये सोशल मीडिया बड़े पैमाने पर ही ठीक है छोटे पैमाने यानि ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर कारगर साबित नही हो पाता

अक्सर देखा गया है कि ग्राम पंचायत के लिए नियुक्त सरकारी कर्मचारी ही सबसे कम जवाबदेह होते हैं उनको जवाबदेह बनाना उस गाँव के जनप्रतिनिधि कि ज़िम्मेदारी होती है अगर जनप्रतिनिधि ही जवाबदेह नही हो तो उसको जवाबदेह बनाने कि ज़िम्मेदारी ग्राम पंचायत सदस्य कि होती है अगर वो भी जवाबदेह न हो तो आखिर में जनता कि ज़िम्मेदारी आती है ये जवाबदेही की समस्या इसलिए आती है कि उन जिम्मेदार लोगो में विवेक और ईमान कि कमी का होना है क्योकि वो इसी कमी के कारण अपनी ज़िम्मेदारी नही निभा रहे है.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मेरे विचार में सक्रीय पंचायत का मतलब उस तंत्र से है जो आधुनिक समाज में ग्राम पंचायत को सर्वांगीण विकास के मार्ग पर आगे ले जा सके सवाल ये है कि ये सक्रियता कहा होनी चाहिए ये सक्रियता वहा कि जनता , प्रतिनिधि एवं ग्राम पंचायत के लिए नियुक्त सरकारी कर्मचारी में हो. अगर कोई भी इसमें कोई भी एक सक्रीय नही होगा तो उस गाँव का विकास प्रभावित होगा. ये सक्रियता कैसे बरकरार रहे इसके लिए सभी को एक दूसरे के लिए जवाबदेह बनाना पड़ेगा
