The Ministry is seeking suggestions/ ideas/ inputs on the modalities of  celebrating the village formation day, either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day.

Individual queries series of questions seeking inputs on the following aspects of the village formation day would be posed to the citizens:

i.    How the village formation day may be identified by each village i.e. either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day?

ii.    What all activities could be undertaken for celebrating the village formation day?

iii.    In what ways could the villagers be involved with the celebration of the village formation day?

iv.    What could be the funding source(s) for the celebrating the village formation day?

v.    What resolve by villagers/Gram Panchayat,  Goal setting for next year/five years towards improving quality of life parameters (like safe drinking water, open defecation free village, solid and liquid waste management, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc.)
could be incorporated in the village formation day?

vi.    What could be the basis of the preparation of the roll of honour of individuals?

vii.    What kind of awards honouring the people who have done exceptional work could be instituted during the village formation day?

Money obtained through non regular source will get blocked automatically unless he provides document evidence and shall be endorsed by respective authority. This way even one get bribe he cannot buy any thing because his account does not accept excess amount and no transaction shall be allowed by means of currency in excess of 25000/- . With this system tax is deducted at the time of selling so tax generation will more to government. In nutshell no transaction by currency in excess of 25000/-

Salary persnons should Link his account with his company and one person one account should be allowed. At the same time he should be allowed to transactc with this account any bank in india. Since we have vast development in it, all account holders finger print and eye shall be scanned. All transaction shall be only by means of online traction with biometric scan. One can deposit/receive money only his defined income channel and he can buy anything only with his account. At the same time if one

The only way to curb the corruption is avoid currency handling. I have been writing this almost last 9 years but .. My suggestion is link their income with bank account any purchasing more than 25000 should only by on line transaction. Similarly no one can deposit any money in his account other than his defined source of income, any selling transaction shall be authorised only by goverment like registerar office then only his money will be authenticated if not the amount will be hold. Governmen is looking for fdi for solar, my suggestion is if government allows to install roof top solar panels and pulic shall be allowed to upload their surplus power to main grid. This public also get money and also will increase employment and there by government saves money.

wards in village are the basic units for development.we need good health and education to our children along with good sanitatin .these two sector are the pillers for any development and healthy society.that too our children are to be provided value based education so that our future generation is free of selfishness and greed.in which situation society is free of any hatread and fanatic then only developments get actual meaning.for this village panchayat needs to be institutionalised properly

There is a good move towards having a basic qualification inorder to be a sarpanch. One effective way would be to have a standardized test and a qualifying base mark that the head of any panchayat should achieve. That way we will ensure that the head has good leadership qualities along with good governance .

Happy new year to everyone in my gov& to Prime minister Modi. Today I m going to talk about geo politics . Sir I think we should help both Russia & USA to find a middle ground because both hv boxed themselves in corner . Only country which gains from this is China . As USA & Russia both our friends we should do everything in our capacity to help them to find a middle ground . Because China will exploit everything they can out of this , bcz they are highly opportunistic.

please create a organisation on national level , controlled by union minister and other person , the organisation at least represented by every pradhan of 600000 lakh gram of bharat , organisation should hold meeting in each month and every village pradhan should disclose the budget of village and work conducted by him ,further in each meeting village also provide the information about the citizen of his weather any person are involve in suspicious activities or not

Bharat gram pradhan desh h.Desh tabhi viksit hoga jab ganv viksit honge so jo pahal Rajasthan me ki gai h ki panchayatiraj ke chuna ladne ke liye shiksha lo anivarya kiya gya h usi prakar pure bharat me ye niyam lagu hona chahiye.Panchaytiraj ke sath sath loksabha and vidhansabha me bhi ye anivarya hona chahiye.MPs ko m p kote ki rashi ganvo me hi lagane hetu pabandh kiya jana chahiye.Gram pradhano ki uchit training ki vyavastha honi chahiye.jan bhagidari ko badhana chahiye.
