The Ministry is seeking suggestions/ ideas/ inputs on the modalities of celebrating the village formation day, either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day.

Individual queries series of questions seeking inputs on the following aspects of the village formation day would be posed to the citizens:

i. How the village formation day may be identified by each village i.e. either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day?

ii. What all activities could be undertaken for celebrating the village formation day?

iii. In what ways could the villagers be involved with the celebration of the village formation day?

iv. What could be the funding source(s) for the celebrating the village formation day?

v. What resolve by villagers/Gram Panchayat, Goal setting for next year/five years towards improving quality of life parameters (like safe drinking water, open defecation free village, solid and liquid waste management, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc.)
could be incorporated in the village formation day?

vi. What could be the basis of the preparation of the roll of honour of individuals?

vii. What kind of awards honouring the people who have done exceptional work could be instituted during the village formation day?

As we all know Agriculture is primary option for most live in village. Agriculture should become lucrative,and farmers should get good and fair market, they should get good advice to what to grow and when to grow, most of the time all will grow similar crops and they burn their fingers. So it is pure lack of information. There is agriculture department in every state and in central, they shoud work together to collect data and give information to farmers what to grow to what extent,

In villages now a day every parents want to send out their child after providing good education. This is also a kind of brain drain. If we have to develop our village then government have to generate good opportunity in those areas so an educated person can do something good to their villages. Now a day village politics is filled with people who all are involved in crime and sinister act. These kind of candidate will never allow development.

The said Committee to the castle on top of each village hamlets and small villages Bright Rural Development Forum. 1) shirt might be established on the platform 300 to 500 of the population lived in the Wadi. 2) There will be 11 people involved in the locality of. 3) members of the Gram Panchayat office will. 4) they will be in 5 women and 6 men. 5) User education, or have had at least 4 more than just rewarding to be. 6) must be educated to at least 2 of them women and 2 men.

गाँव कि जनता उसी को अपना प्रतिनिधि चुनती है जिनसे उनको उम्मीद होती है कि वो उनके लिए काम करेगा. लेकिन आजकल प्रतिनिधि चुने जाने के बाद उनका नजरिया बदल जाता है और वो लूट खसोट में संलिप्त हो जाते है किसी गाँव का विकास तभी हो सकता जब उस गाव का प्रतिनिधि वहा कि जनता के लिए ईमानदारी से काम करे.

मेरे विचार में पंचायत को और भी सक्रीय बनाया जा सकता है अगर ग्राम पंचायत चुनाव ५ साल कि जगह ३ साल में कराया जाय क्योकि ग्रामपंचायत स्तर पर गलत प्रतिनिधि चुनने के बाद एक किसान के लिए ५ साल का इन्तजार एक लम्बा समय है ५ साल के अंतराल पर विधान सभा एंव लोक सभा का चुनाव ठीक है पंचायत स्तर पर नही.

Skill Development of Panchs: Do we have a national level program for skill development of elected panchs? If not, should we not have a national level institution to train Panchs? It will serve multiple purposes - 1. Empower panchs esp. Women/Backward panchs to know their rights, responsibilities and opportunities. 2. It'll help them in networking 3. It adds to cooperative federalism 4. It adds to democratic decentralisation 5. It's a perfect way for central government to connect with grassroot

गाँव मेरा प्यारा गाँव।। जी हा में आज उसी प्यारे गाव की बात कर रहा हु जिसके किस्से मैं कहानियो में पढता था। दादी नानी की कहानियो मैं पर आज पंचायतो की कमजोरियों ने क्या हालत कर दी उसकी कोई योजना वह पहुचने से पहले ही दम तोड़ देती है किसान का बेटा खेती और मजदूरी करने को मजबूर है क्योकि पढ़ने को पैसे नहीं। सरकार ने योजना बनायीं है पर पहुंच पाती नहीं भाई आखिर सरपंच अपना पेट कैसे भरेगा अगर पैसा खायेगा नही. क्योकि जानकारी तो होती नही उनको योजनाओ की. होती भी है तो किर्यान्वित कौन करे।
