Police ka dar hai.. lekin court ka nahi....jab tak court aane ka dar nahi hoga ... tarikh pe tarikh chalta rahega... pass a constitution where the people should fear to appear in the court... then only we can change the system... think and try to implement through government policies.... Hope this will work.,...

Considering population, I guess pending cases are really a big issue.

Some points on my less knowledge may be seen -
✓Fines as Traffic or else may be viewed & processed online
✓A simple portal with high security where individuals can register themselves for the cases & later updated by concerned authorities. Progress and details will be updated accordingly for record
✓A sub section where Constitution may be read, sections may be searched.

Excellent Scheme to be reviewed periodically for modifications.
While taking this opportunity, advisable to Review, update & modify the existent "ONLINE CASE STATUS" which is lacking in most of the Forums like District Courts (Civil & Criminal) , Consumer Commission's forums, Motor Accident, RERA.

There would be some certain punishment for certain crimes, so that no of pending cases ratio will decrease

Respected Prime Minister,We got 2.27 crores of votes in W.Bengal.These supporters are being killed,raped,houses burnt,tonsured,sanitised for an entry into TMC.Before the election,lot of our leaders visited W.Bengal,had lunch with the poor people.But now we have left them in the lurch,they are leaving en masse as no protection was given to them.All the leaders must visit the Disturbed Areas and assure them of all help.A financial package has to be worked out for our supporters/victims.

I am sorry,i can't recollect the name.It was one Ms. Das.She carried her father-in -law on her back and took him to the hospital which is miles away.There was no male member in the house,Passers by never came to her help.She could not save her Father-in -Law but it was a commendable effort, worth mentioning.It was in Assam,more information will be available from the State Govt.
