Dear sir, I was reading about the conditional cash transfer scheme of mexico in which the cash benefits were transferred into the bank a/c of the beneficiary after he has fulfill the condition( As we are doing it in the LPG )sir, what strike me was that ensuring education of the girl child and providing her full immunization is one of those conditions. As we are also venturing into DBT it will be great if we can replicate the same in India also as there will be great return on this investment.

one of the first things that need to be done by the ministry of women and child is to do away with NCW & N C P C R . just like the planning commission has been removed similarly these N C W and NCC should be abandoned . the commission members do nothing . their only job is to appear in tv channels applying makeup after some incident like rape etc. it is waste of public exchequer on these commission member . PLS remove

My Sister is a Civil Engineer and I am a Mechanical. We both are working in a MNC. I have also MBA degree. It is all because my Dad who never thought that we are girls and should not study this much. He did it all for us.

Its My mom, who has been working since she was 17. She educated all her siblings with her earning. I always want to be like my mom. She is my Hero, my insipiration. we are two sisters, do not have brothers. But my mom and dad never make us feel like that. I am proud that I am a female. It is all because of my parents. Here in Odisha I feel we females are secure, but sometimes yes it feels horrible when reads such incidents happening in our country where we worship female as "SHAKTI".

On this topic, I want to share my experience: i was going to school , it was rainy season one 3 years old girl jumped over NAHAR to escape her elder brother, i had escaped both of them , when i asked why she jumped she replied my brother was gone there, if he will go with whom i will play. That was my great experience on my life. We all should respect women and give them freedom, because she is a god gift

In India the most common fact is the discrimination between the boys and girls.Boys are always dominating over girls.people are not able to understand that a boy and a girl is like the tow side of a coin.both can't stay without other.so both of them should have respect for eachother. Now a days whatever a boy can do a girl can do it in a far better way.our society has been changed, and we must change according to the society.we shouldn't underestimate the girls. #girlempowerment

Show the world the talents of women. 1. Women in India need to live a purposeful life. This gives self respect too. 2. The family should help women to fulfill their dreams. Most of the families in India think marriage as the ultimate goal for their girl rather than giving her respectful life with a purpose. Education is the most powerful tool for this. 3. Site successful examples of women everywhere in media and it will inspire younger minds. This will change mindset of new generation.
