I had come to know about the Y - Break app which is specially for the public, trainers and centers to reduce, refresh and refocus to their work. its a very supportive app that have been initiated by Ministry of Ayush, Government of India to Promote Yoga. This will provide the people to be relaxed by doing yoga and get stress free.

Y break digital platform playing a vital role in scaling up Yoga practice for a larger impact in lifestyle & Physical Activity. They must refresh again to refocus on their work. By Y- Break Not only above three it improves immunity system in body & get good health too & concentration also increases many more multiple health benefits too added to one's life,& by practicing yoga in daily life Last i want to say that this aap make very useful the benefit of Ayush

Y- Break is not working for Android 13 version. It is available for lower versions than 13. Please arrange to made available for Android 13 version. The purpose is extraordinary. It certainly benefits the office employees.
