Y-Break App is a digital platform to promote Yoga practice in the working population to de-stress, refresh and re-focus at their workplace to increase their productivity, and consists of Asanas, Pranayama and Dhyana

Its such a good things that in todays generation’s in india we all have mobile with internet its like from normal person till milliners., bco’z of you great Owenerable pm without any subscriptions we can instal appY-BREAK , NAMASTE YOGA we can also track our activity/goal of health without any pay/subscription its very helpful and free of cost no yoga teacher required app is available , In all languages .its really grateful THANKS.

In my view, yoga teacher must be appointed in every school and a mandatory yoga break for teachers, staff and students just like recess.

Sir my humble submission to focus on systems and systematic approach to work place with promoting yoga for stress-free and fit life. what is happening now days there is no worktje culture in office .boss is happy if you are sitting late I'm office without any productivity . work is going more on information base rather productive output . the govt. need to fix time office culture ,productive work based culture .
