Dear Sir/Madam,

I have schizophenia and my mother has same. We do jap and say 'jagdamba' from bottom of stomach to top of head. We got lot of relief this way. But sometime the mind forgets and schizo takes control. The Y-break app should take input from wearable sensor and alert us to do jap when schizo sinko is about to happen.

Jap saved me ppl trying to force 'ilaj' on me. I do lot of dual use research and I am hacker/jammer.

Thanks a lot

Manish

Ministry of Ayush Y -Brak App

Dear Sir, Y break is great app. and Yoga is helpful to reduce stress and for better health also.

Any good thing which is touching our regular life must be taught from beginning of life...So Importants of Yoga must be taught to children in their early stage from the schooling.. If foundation is strong and they know the importance of Yoga in their life they will start to follow from early stage of their life...
