Respected Prime Minister, The simplest solution is by ensuring compliance with every law beginning with the human rights Constitution as originally adopted. The fault lies in working a Party government. The existing judiciary has to be junked. The administrator's role in fact ordering strictly according to law has to be emphasised. Law and order is NOT a state subject. Land does not belong to the State. Personal liability of the erring public servant has to be the rule in terms of Art 361

Like Swaccha Bharat, we urgently need to discipline ourselves and become Shist Bharat. To start with there should a big push on disciplining people about traffic rules. In-disciplined (Road rage as happening now everywhere can kill a person instantly.

Cultivation of lands : I have seen plenty of areas are left open and not being cultivated by land owners for reasons unknown. such lands (not cultivated for min three years) be taken over (at cost) by Govt and allow them for cultivation by interested parties. Govt may collect revenue from them. This makes self sufficiency in India. Whatever being imported can be grown within.

I have an idea to avoid parking cars on roads in Bangalore. Plenty of cars are parked on both sides of roads including residential areas (where houses were built 50 years ago when even posh houses did not plan space for parking cars). I have seen cars parked in multiple storied buildings in Malls and other commercial establishments. similar facility be provided in each area or locality by Govt/Public partici-pation and park all cars of that area in such space provided on chargeable basis
