About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

i think it is needed and this idea is very excellent there's no doubt at all but only think is any group of people made some uncertainty to diverting our entire attention in specific location then there involving unusual task against people

In my idea you develop a software which through hear all the issues and try to solve that problem or issue. It just not only for adults men and women but effect children, adolescent also and that app should be PUBLIC GRIEVANCE MISSION. THANK YOU

I think the design and layout of the website must be improved and it should be hosted in many regional languages also. There should be more options in the lists to empower citizens to launch the complain in the right category and there should be multiple departments which should look into the matters and a report must be generated timely to alert the citizens about the progress of resolution for their complaints. There should be a newsletter also which should be released every month about this.

so many areas are not yet under the cctv cirviavalence. The clearity of camera also place a vital role to identify victims. In education constitution and law has to be added which help to maintain rules. Parents has to take extra care to teach children what's right and what's wrong.

DEAR respt.PM greetings! nowadasy people are crying for onion prices hike,but actually this onion is not with farmers .it is with traders or stokist. who can make manmade demand supply gap and sell it. to reduce this if your good office can increase the subcidy for Kandachal( onion storage fascility ) for farmers , so there will be abundant stock for whole year as well as farmers can benefit. thanks with regards Haribhau waghmare. progressive farmer parbhani maharashtra

Ooh bache galat nahi h ooh mitti h jisse es samaj ne dala koi ladki road PR nikalti h bar admi dekhta h or bad me social media me pure banane ki kossis karta mujhe galat na samjhe ye do din ka media social sides h PR root tak koi nahi jata so sorry but plz sir baan all crime side plz hamable request. the raise in mobile phone rates has put people in a dump situation. if common people should be cared by your govt the phone Bill's should not raise.may be I'd a person speaks for more that 10 minutes or 20 minutes the slab should raise.or for internet you may raise.pl revise the new policy of raising rates in mobile phones.

I have my self raised an issue on cpgrams portal Registration no GOVMP/E/2019/04421, the response was out of jurisdiction. you should make arrangements for effective redressal or transfer of complaints.
