About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Appointment of Judges from existing lawyers must be reviewed. This has created some dynasty of judges like dynasty of MP and MLAs. Many of these judges are politically biased. Stop appointing lawyers as judges. Appointment of judges should be done through All India competition.

There are many problems in village compair with town. Such as education,business,farmer etc. Lots of knowledge with work. Running to the government schemes not communication to the villages' people. Make committee who their schemes arrived villages' people. Schemes related advantage understand to the people & Ask any query related schemes. Please launched platform help the people &student.

we can make carbn absorbing roofs of schools and houses so as to reduce the carbon in the air and hence to reduce air pollution.This will help us in the longrun to improve the quality of air

Dear Government of India , Firstly thank you so much that you are taking initiative in many more neglected field for drastic changes. i woild like to request honourable GOvt to take initatiave in our soil health. due negligiance of farmers they are using much chemical and fertilizers in the soil . which affect the soil carbon contaent and soil salinity.kindly would you please recomand organic farming.here i am practicing organic farming since last 5 years and now soil is healthy.
