About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Honorable Sir/Madam ji Nameshkar, Kindly provide a new system of issuance of electronic passport through digilocker and physical passport book through speed post to the applicants residential address as per Aadhaar card demographic address.

The retirement for govt&psu employment shall be fixed for a specific position for which who appointed with specific period subject to a maximum of 5 years as against the life term of the employee. In such term who would expertise and shall compete for higher position if eligible shall be reappointed duly appeared for the eligibility exam for that relevant post in common pool along with this expertise marks who scored in the position as fixed by govt.

जब किसी कार्यालय या लोकसेवक की शिकायत की जाती है तो शिकायत उसी लोकसेवक को भेजी जाती है जिसके कारण समस्या हुई है। वह लोकसेवक पूर्वाग्रह और कभी-कभी प्रतिशोध की भावना से उत्तर देता है और वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी उससे अकारण सहमति जताकर उसी उत्तर को अंतिम उत्तर मानकर शिकायतकर्ता को भेज देते हैं और शिकायत बंद कर देते हैं, भले ही वह उत्तर प्रथमदृष्टया अवैध और असत्य ही क्यों ना हो। उस उत्तर का खंडन करके बार-बार शिकायत करने पर भी उसी लोकसेवक को शिकायत भेजकर वही पुराना उत्तर भेजा जाता है। जमीनी सुधार करें।

Problem - In our school the worker takes many time to mop and clean the floor. in one floor they take 40 minute or too more and not clean properly. First they broom floors in about 5hours and they take 7 and a half hours To clean all the floors. They are busy in 1 work only at a time. Solution -If there will be broom +mop in 1machine so it will take half hours of these and it Will also take less time, so they can do many other work also
