About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

I will share a live instance as to show how CPGRAMS is INEFFECTIVE. IBA and Bank Managements manipulated Industry Level Agreement while formulating Pension Regulations to deny Pension to Resignees with 20+ years of service. When all efforts to remedy the tragic injustice failed, I lodged a complaint with CPGRAMS. CPGRAMS forwarded the same to the Bank and CLOSED the complaint. The Bank again DENIED pension. So, my problem remains as it is. Is the role of CPGRAMS is just being a courier agency?

My dear PM i have one idea to increase government revenue i am working in Malaysia most NRI's wanted to invest their money in land purchases where as government will get income only during registration, but now a days people afraid to buy lands due to land grabbers, i would like to suggest every government should secure their lands and charge some fees yearly from land owners if government do this people definitely invest their money.

CPGRAMS Portal is a good idea but in reality people use it for petty issues rather than in larger public interest. Grievance of same nature and by the same person is being uploaded in the portal irrespective of being redressed. Such type of repeated grievances should not be allowed to be uploaded. In any matter every one cannot be satisfied, there may be grievance to one or two, but for them larger public interest should be out weighed.

The concept grivence is wrong. It is imposible to solve because every Govt implimentations of new developing ideas follow more than dozen of grivence /citizen. Any changes in governence should be properly studied and impimented by requierd facilities ,training and awaeness may reduce inconvienience to public. It is also better to consult specialist in the field. eg Aadara card : Is it for Financial purpose /identification. If so what isPANcard /epic card ? Citizen card with all information best
