Sir government Institutions get funds from various sources but still its sad and frustrating to know that faculties and students don't get the reimbursement or refund for the registration fees for publication of paper in National or Internal Journals. An small amount can still be affordable by faculties and students, but In good Scopus Index journal, Professional society Journals where amount is very large, there also reimbursement is not given. Not everyone can afford to go attend conferences

idea for how to get a sided emergency vehicle- In our country, any emergency vehicle is never given side and people try to drive their vehicle forward. I suggest that every emergency vehicle should have a dash bord camera next to it. When the vehicle will go anywhere in the emergency and will not give any side to that vehicle, then all this will be recorded in that camera and the number plate of the moving vehicle will be visible in that camera & later identifying the owners of such vehicle....

1. Every family should be given 3000 indirectly through NGO's or other organizations... 2. To plant minimum 100 trees for each family... 3. Only for Bpl families...except them other should be given subsidized options... 4. Agroforestry methods should be followed (e.g-miyawaki method) 5. For this a lot of small scale industries will be created... 6. App should be created for verification with fingerprint of minimum 2 members of that family.. this is the only way to save bharata in 5 yrs..

Categorize the Grievance into Self, Social and Society with High, Medium and Low priorities and map the corresponding Ministries. 2. Grievance submission option for offline mode and non-tech savvy person. People should be able to submit their grievance through pre-printed post cards and letters. And also should be able to submit voice and video recordings in support of their grievances. Kiosks be available in all Panchayats, Post Office, Railway Station and Major Bus terminus.

Most people grievances relate to 1. Land, water, air pollution issues which is group in nature 2. About govt schools infra, slum areas housing drainage and food. 3. About roads, infra, health, transport, tribal and backward areas,. 4. About jobs, support machinery, credit, disability. Old age, destitute, women driven families etc So first govt Dept's reduce corruption and increase its responsibility than only grievances will be solved and divide bigger states to make govt reach closely

The portal need to be popularlize on large scale. The common masses have a belief that Govt. is creating a portal looking into large prospective of benefiting Public Grievences but the implementing agencies work hard to dismantle the system by making excuses in terms on inquiries. A strong and stringent mechanism should be put in place wherein the grievences is to be handled in a maximum of 7 days and any failure may lead to stringent action against any indiscipline in handling.
