Grievence process should be on peoples voice, opinions and sharing count. Grievence should be in a decentralized form. Grievence addressal should be from people issues and community base. Peoples participation in the national endurance and programs should be noted. Grievence addressal should be on priority to issue base. Social education should be spread on grievence and it's benefits. Awareness campaign and seminars, workshops and sharing are allowed for future amendments.

Please find the file attached in which I have detailed my views. CPGRAMS is a great initiative and the government's efforts to streamline and strengthen it is really appreciable. Thank you for the initiative. I would like to bring up the importance of eduacting the public towards using this oppurtunity effectively. Most often in our country, citizen are not aware of their rights and benefits which plays major role in ineffectivess many of the government initiatives. Kindly consider my views.

NRC and Citizen Amendment Bill- Government has taken a Big Step in stopping the Illegal migration of people from NORTH-EASTERN Border of India. This step is a bit CONTRADICTORY as it lacks Effective Planning and Efficient Implementation. The fact that Security of our Country cannot be COMPROMISE at any Cost so at first the government should strictly Check the Illegal entry from NORTH-EASTERN side.Say prepare or strength the Military AIR-BASE,Seal the BORDER, Military Exercise etc.And implement LAW

I had written 3-4 application through CPGRMS under pgportal.gov.in but unfortunately, They just pass issue to other department and close the issue without solution. Other problem for raising corruption issue, they ask valid proof like audio/ video proof, How is it possible for a general people to have dare to make a audio or video clip of high profile officer in his/her office? Government should just have a investigating team to investigate against issue raised by any citizen.
