About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Activity points are given by daily login, post comments like this. Also Give a activity points by Like, Dislike, Reply, Share, comments And give a good amount of activity points by Referral because it gives more Indian people into CPGRAMS Portal. It makes CPGRAMS Portal more active Here CPGRAMS Portal there is no edit option, only Delete option. If my posted comment some spelling mistake means how I edit that post so please to include editing option.

Ibps po prelim was conducted in october on the name of normalisation 19 october first shift most of students have to face the problem their marks have been cut strightaway 15 to 20 and said to students that it was because of normalisation. And because of this many deserving candidates couldn't qualify. This is unfair to many students this matter should be seen before the conduct of mains of ibps po that is on 30 november 2019, because its the matter of carrer of many students.

महोदय जी सविनय निवेदन है कि केन्द सरकार के हस्तशिल्प प्रशिक्षण प्रोजेक्ट मे प्रशिक्षणार्थियो को प्रशिक्षण उपरान्त जो सरकार द्वारा मानदेय बैंक खाते में देना था नहीं दिया गया। मुरादाबाद की धातु हस्तशिल्प सेवा केन्द्र।,पीतल नगरी, रामपुर रोड, मुरादाबाद वस्त्र मंत्रलय के नियंत्रणाधीन ऐम्पलामेन्ट एजेन्सी के साथ NGO ने मिलकर 4500 से 5000 प्रशिक्षणाथियो छात्रवृति के रे मे जो मानदेय देना था वह नही दिया गया आपसे प्रार्थना है जांच कर प्रशिक्षणार्थियो के हितार्थ।

ये बहुत ही उमदा प्रयास हैं किंतु हमारे यहाँ हर एक नागरिक अंग्रेजी नही जानता या यूं कहें कि 10% ही जानते हैं तो आपके अच्छे प्रयास की पहुंच सिर्फ 10% ही रह जाएगी।। सबसे अहम बात की पब्लिक ग्राइवनेस के कार्य की समझ सभी प्रादेशिक भाषामें प्रसारित करनी चाहिए। आज भी गाँउ के लोग सरकारी अधिकारी के पास जाने से डरते हैं।।

Sir Happy Day..! Roads in Pune is bad in some parts and issues are taking much time in fe departments, online application statuses are not getting updated at all. Please make it a mandatory for every department, private and public to plant a sapling. Now a days an item we are purchasing in groceries stores or shops are not genuine many of them are imitative/duplicates which are health hazards, please ask the food and drug dept or concerned teams to check/audit the same. Solar power is not used.

નગરપાલિકાનો વહિવટ સાવ સામાન્ય કક્ષા નો છે. મિલ્કત વેરો અંગે આપેલી વાંધા અરજી નો નિકાલ ૭-૭ વર્ષો થવા છતા કરવા આવતો નથી. જેથી નગરપાલિકા ના બધા કાર્યો ની તામામ પ્રકિયા ઓનલાઈન કરવા મા આવે એવી મારી વિનંતી છે.

No results from CPGRAMS when the MP's are not serious to attend the parliament session to whom the common man had elect & these MP's are not listening your advice, where a common man stand same in our GZB Mayor & Nagar Aukat is fighting who is right we don't know we are suffering our basic demand like Broken road Garbage & rubble problem Nagar Nigam park boundary wall condition no one is interested we had submitted our complaints in Jansunwai & CPGRAMS but no results what a common man will do,
