About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

The grievance website ( https://pgportal.gov.in › Home › Lo... Lodge Public Grievance - CPGRAMS ) is NOT making any solution is transferring cases to other development and pending for months. It should either solve or reject with in a time frame rather be tactical legally with public. For example mine 4 out of four cases are pending for months. Thus we loose hope with the system. It is neither good for the public nor for the government.

Each and every citizen of India including employees should be free to submit their grievances on this portal. They may not be tortured by their controlling authority for making their complaint on this portal. More awareness should be created about existence of such arrangements. Legally qualified professionals should be attached with this portal to make a difference. Otherwise no use sir. It is better to keep facing trouble than to inform on this portal. The grievances are not settled with fair justifications. Honest and expert committee should make analysis of the explanation given by the concerned departments. Otherwise it is of no use if the problems are still left out for the victims. To ensure good governance, this portal should have a separate transparent and unbiased committee of its own to give final solutions to the victims. Jai Hind
