About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

R/sir it seems that some officers not pay attention on complaints. It should strict or viral video by social media if ignorance happen. Some officers offer bribe by peon for this toll free no. Facility must be available.

CPGRAMS PGPORTAL is helpfull to the citizens by taking action with coordination of the departments to solve their complaints. But local area people not supported to solve real problems for getting money. So need to do improve and give solutions direct.

CPGRAM Complaints are forwarded to the Culprits itself so it becomes useless of making any corruption complaints Higher authorities are no way bothered on corruption complaint Thereby CPGRAM is useless and waste of time and effort

Grievance process should make simple and easy so that each individual can do that whether it is of any society high or low ,any age group ,or it is well educated or not they can also do . Government should make some department for this who takes care of undertaking this whole work. So this will lead to proper functioning and for freedom of people in our country

Grievence addressal should be base on a 1.elite group committee who are responsible for community empowerment and dealings on people benefits. 2. a MP , supreme Court Justice and good number of beurocrats panel to deal with national issues from local committee and addressal if in form of priority base and a symptom of mass move in peoples benefits should fetch for a conservative change. 3.Statewise District panel and state panel, now district panel 1.GP level committee and block level committee.
