As discussed with many GOvt Officials - The Problem/ Solution : (1). Higher no. of recruitment at Lower Level as compared to Senior level (currently it is reverse)- it will save cost & Resolution (2). Right person for right job - give job to the person- he is technically competent (normally mockery in current govt System) (3). Bureaucrats can do Miracles - very foolish thought - driven by Britisher Philosophy (4). Min. and Maxmimum tenure of any Govt employee SHOULD BE 02- -05 YEARS

According to us, the government should give a number and should create a Whatshap number or an app. All of this should be that if an officer is not working or taking a bribe or spending more time, then directly to the central government He could help the person pass by. And the Central Government should immediately get that information done on the officer, the victim should get step by step online or through phone. Whether the work is being done in the complaint given by him. As it goes live

What we know about police? We know police are the protector of us. But reality and imagination are two different things because in reality police are the most corrupt people on the earth.Yes all police officers are not bad. However, I would like to tell our government to make small room in every police stations, if any person goes to police station, one person will be there to show her/him sympathy. It will help us to be friendly with police Police should understand the problems of common people.

Undoubtedly this is a great idea but you need to make sure that public opinions will be taken care up by the management recruited by you. I have seen most of the websites don't have proper contact no or if there is contact no, we never able to connect on those number. Even we never get reply for our problems. So make sure to have these kinds of facilities on your websites. However, Its really great to see that you are going to do a good thing.

Dear Officer, Requesting a Constitutional Rights integrated with Human Rights and Child Rights and Woman Rights based Interactive Environment based Grievances Method . Video interaction of Indian CitizenS with a Aadhaar Verification if you can introduce IT would be much more Helpful for Perfect Expression rather than depending upon Social Community Servers.
