Illness due to COVID-19 infection is generally mild, especially for children and young adults. However, it can cause serious illness: about 1 in every 5 people who catch it need hospital care. It is therefore quite normal for people to worry about how the COVID-19 outbreak will affect them and their loved ones.

If you develop fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical advice promptly as this may be due to a respiratory infection or other serious condition. Call in advance and tell your provider of any recent travel or contact with travelers. Why? Calling in advance will allow your health care provider to quickly direct you to the right health facility

Follow the guidance outlined above (Protection measures for everyone) o Self-isolate by staying at home if you begin to feel unwell, even with mild symptoms such as headache, low grade fever (37.3 C or above) and slight runny nose, until you recover. If it is essential for you to have someone bring you supplies or to go out, e.g. to buy food, then wear a mask to avoid infecting other people.

Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth. Why? Hands touch many surfaces and can pick up viruses. Once contaminated, hands can transfer the virus to your eyes, nose or mouth. From there, the virus can enter your body and can make you sick. Stay home if you feel unwell. If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention and call in advance. Follow the directions of your local health authority.

1: Keep on checking the Covid positive people who are in hospitals and make sure that they get to meet there families who are waiting outside just to be sure that everything is fine. 2: Containment zones all over india should be considered a recheck. 3: Real Precautions starts after the unlock 1.0 . We should be more concerned on sanitizers, masks and should be available on cheap rate. 4: Doctors should be provided PPE kits that are not seen generally.

Respected Sir, Greetings!! l sense a foul play in the suicide by Sushant Singh Rajput on 14 June 2020. There are lot of loopholes in the case. So please I request you for a CBI enquiry as this case is against very influential people of Bollywood. Please provide justice to a bright soul who lived life for service towards the nation also. Instead of mask face shield must be promoted as mask creates difficulties in breathing. Also from face shield the face is visible and with the face shield working or playing or exercising is also more comfortable then a face mask. As we all know we cannot keep in lockdown until the pandemic stops. So wearing a mask and gloves must be brought to practise. A shield can also be cleansed with a sanitizer and reused so it also reduces cost of buying a mask again and again.
