Environment-plantation, Swacha bharat mission, tourism development -cultural & heritage sites & many more) Thank you!

Respected Sir, You have concentrated on reducing injuries and death due to road accidents. I am staying in Maharashtra , Pune city. Here people don't wear helmet on two wheeler . More or less it is same situation all over India. There is fine for none wearing of helmet. My suggestion is the fine should be equal to price of helmet and after taking fine a helmet should be hand over to the motorcycle rider. This will definitely reduce death due to head injury during accidents.
