On 15th August every year, the Prime Minister speaks from the ramparts of the Red Fort and lays out the government's programmes and policies. This year however, for the first time in history of Independent India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as he mentioned in his Mann ki Baat on 26th July 2015, is directly seeking ideas and suggestions from citizens on what he should speak in this year's Independence Day Speech.

So now you have the opportunity to tell your ideas, give word to your suggestions and crystallize your vision. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself will articulate them.

I request you to resolve the issue of OROP as soon as possible as it is giving a wrong message to the Army and to the society. Now people will start loosing faith in you May be there are are some difficulties on implementing the same but at least give them some perfect assurance about the time and frame otherwise opposition will again do yhe same false alegations and make the same like land aquistion bill.

Dear Modiji, this is to bring to your notice that the subsidy that the government gives has in turn made the the general public lethargic and their zeal to work has diminished. Nowadays finding daily wage labourers has become a problem. This subsidy is killing the work force of our nation. Can you speak about it or find a way where if a person does a cetain threshold amount of work in a week he will be able to avail this subsidy. Else not. This way the work force of our country will improve.

Sir its time we focus on innovation and research, these factors will be the key aspects for a strong economy in the future. Every town/village/city must have government recognised centres so as to facilitate the exhibition of our minds. This is only the first step buy it might grab attention of many. Expenditure on innovation can then take off. A country lags behind when there's is no adequate emphasis on research and innovation. So I kindly request you to highlight this in your speech.

Sir, I have an idea of rural development. To create a model village, which will have a Bank, Post Office, Hospital, School, ITI, College, Engg. School, market place, reading room & 500-800 of 600-800 sft 1BHK Appts. Houses will be offered to citizens on rent for life time with no transfer, no subletting, no modification and no inheritance terms. Such village can run with solar power, build on degraded forest land and provided with good road and public transport. Kindly consider if felt viable.

About old age pension that is useful to senior villagers, I have a suggestion to make that will reduce Government burden and also will be fool-proof as regards genuineness. In USA for seniors with age 60 plus monthly pension is sent to their account. Here we could do the same, say, to begin with, Rs 500 to the seniors as found in the adhaar card. Government pensioners and income tax assessees could be exempted. A general request as given in LPG be issued to opt out.

Use this magic wand to transform India in your first term itself. Allocate at least Rs 40000 to 50000 crores per year in your PMKSY. It will return a GDP of nearly 2%, besides making farmers happy. Pl see my detailed analysis in the attachment.
