On 15th August every year, the Prime Minister speaks from the ramparts of the Red Fort and lays out the government's programmes and policies. This year however, for the first time in history of Independent India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as he mentioned in his Mann ki Baat on 26th July 2015, is directly seeking ideas and suggestions from citizens on what he should speak in this year's Independence Day Speech.

So now you have the opportunity to tell your ideas, give word to your suggestions and crystallize your vision. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself will articulate them.

Namaste Sir, Sir, from my childhood i have an idea in my mind, regarding beautification of India, but i am glad today it is possible. Sir when we walk around in our city,we find many wires hanging here and there, that can be any type of wires, such as electric wire, cables, etc. Sir it looks very odd and its destroy the beautification of our city and if we are moving towards Digital India initiative,I request our government to please look after this matter & use new technologies. Thanks.

Honorable PM Sir, Youth in india find themselves overwhelmed and discouraged by the negative attitude being shown towards entrepreneurship and innovation by bureaucrats and policy makers at state and local levels. Lakhs of rupees are spent in getting graduation and post-graduation, only to be branded "unemployable" by investment averse corporates?! Skilling/re-skilling cannot be the panacea for the situation. Please reflect on comprehensive educational reform at all levels.#15thAugust, #PM

Sir humbly requested to withdraw kindly facilities imparted to high officials particularly selected by upsc & state psc who concentrate to enjoy facilities only not to serve public. Under the shadow of their power they try to strengthen corruption only. So please make their duties strictly accountable.

Dear Sir, U may choose to speak about the promises/targets of last independence day which have been fulfilled. Apart from this u may choose NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY. Another subject of concern is the increasing population, although i m not sure whether it is the right time to speak on this topic. As you spoke about the facility for reservation of handicapped people in trains similarly RESERVATION FOR FARMERS IN THE TRAINS may be considered.

Dear PM, We earn our hard earned money by giving our 100% towards our jobs irrespective of the work which we do and from that we pay our taxes for making this country more economically sound making India a better place to live but I also feel very Sad when the session of Parliament gets wash off only because of acrimony between the different parties and moreover MP's get all perks and privileges , subsidies , etc etc etc. Do you think this is morally correct?

2. respect to teachers- youths are the future of our country.but their mind is being manipulated by some people just for political gain. you have noticed how the hon'ble VC of calcutta university has been assaulted by some students. there are lots of incidents like this recently. only you can show this students the right path and save them from exploitation. please give a thought in this serious issue also. please help reviving the "Guru Shishya" culture for the amelioration of our Bharat.
