Respected Sir I appreciates your steps towards ease in incorporation of Company in India. But, being a Practicing Company Secretary me and my fellow colleagues are facing so many Technical and Operational difficulties while incorporation of the Company as well as with other General Compliances. I would like to draw your Kind attention in some Issues (Attached in PDF) which we are being faced by us due to Technical problem of MCA Site and the inefficiency of our ROCOfficers

Hon'ble Prime Minister, When we talk about ONE India One Nation & one mobile no which is a good initiative by your govt. to bring unity among we Indians then the next step forward into this should be to make registration number of vehicle(Number plate) universally acceptable across India irrespective of origin of purchase within India.Many working professionals like myself buy vehicle in 1 state during job & within 1-2 yrs of purchase gets transferred to another state & get harassed by police.

Aam Adami ki Aam Pareshaniya 3) Aam aadami ko loan: chahe aapne PPAY nikali ho ya Mudra yojana aam insan ko bank ne sirf 10% ko hi fayada mila hoga aur woh bhi minnate karake hi, baki loan bank toh sirf Jinaki income jyada hai unhi logo ko diya jata hai, ek aadami mahine 10 se 15 K kamata hai aur use 7 hajar ka loan ka EMI bhar sakta hai tab bhi use loan SBI aur National bank nahi deti, Govt.Job, 25K se jyada bank payment hai aise MNC employee ko toh woh phone karke dete hai (COnt.)

Some people with 2 bank accounts in Jan Dhan yojna got Rs 1 Lakh Rs in their account and has all praise for BJP govt (MOdi JI) where as others who also voted for change(acche din ane wale hain - sabke account mein 15 lakh Rs aayenge - are very upset. Where as when we hear the news like increase in investment in Swiss Banks and some defaulters are enjoying VIP treatments--- like Nirav Modi,Lalit Modi, Mallayas.. In ur rule no job opportunities and Grad / Post Grad have to sell pakora

Aam Adami ki Aam Pareshaniya 2) LPG Cylinder subsidized : isa se toh log etane pareshan hai ki pucho mat, agar subsidized cylinder aam aadami ko sidha subsidized damo par mile toh use bank ke chakkar 10 bar nahi lagana padega, bahotoko subsidy milati hi nahi, to kabhi 2 cylinder ka ek saath aata hai, isiliye saal mein 12 cylinder subsidized sidhe damo par milana chahiye, kyon ki bank subsidy ke karodo money se loan dekar munafa kamati hai aur jab aam insan ko thenga dikhati hai (Cont.)

Sir, The common man suffers a lot while travelling by paying toll taxes several times a day in different routes. This is very pathetic and painful. Let the tax be uniform all over the country and in each toll gate. The toll tax should be collected only once in 24-hours and there should be online prepaid toll tax payment system to avoid long queue also.

PM saheb, Pichale kuch dino se mai bahut se aam logo ko mila hun, har koi aapke Decision se naraj hai, agar woh amir log hote to koi baat nahi thi, magar wo sabhi aam janata hai. 1) Ration ka anaj ab lag bhag milata hi nahi, garib aadami ka matlab jisake pas Pila ration card hai wohi nahi hota, India ke bahut se log hai jinake pas Keshari Ration card jo Ration ke Anaaj ka haqdar hote hue ab Ration se anaj nahi mil raha, joh milata hai usake liye dukandaro ke hath pair jodane padate hai (Cont.)

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्रजी मोदी, वन्दे मातरम, सम्पूर्ण भारत में एक "समान शिक्षा,समान पाठ्यक्रम,समान नीति,समान बोर्ड" के अंतर्गत एक नीति,एक बोर्ड,एक पाठ्यक्रम,एक विभाग,एक कार्यालय,एक शिक्षा संचालन समिती हो।भिन्न भिन्न बोर्ड जैसे CBSE,MP,UP BOARD,होने के बजाय केवल एक बोर्ड,एक नीति,एक पाठ्यक्रम,एक शिक्षा हो। शिक्षा संबंधी सुझाव कैबिनेट एवं संसद में अति विचारणीय,चिंतनीय और विधेयक हेतु प्रस्तावित होना चाहिए। वन्दे मातरम विनय राठौड़ जन्मभूमि डेहरी
