As always, PM Narendra Modi looks forward to sharing his thoughts on themes and issues that matter to you. The Prime Minister invites you to share your ideas on topics he should address on the 40th Episode of Mann Ki Baat.

Sir, Please ask all the recruitments by all Govt dept to be finished in about time bound manner. Still most of the educated youth look towards Govt jobs and govt also needs employees to facilitate govt schemes. There is total slowdown even in regular appointments by SSC and other central agencies. Please focus on employment generation. Most of the Educated youth are still job oriented. Number of Private sector jobs are minuscule. This aspect needs serious thinking.

There should be promotion for tree plantation in India for reducing pollution and increasing trees.For this there should be particular account for individuals who plant number of trees and the photo with trees should be uploaded to this account and on basis of number of trees individuals account should be credited with number of points which can be used as discount while purchasing online any products.The person with higher tree credit points get rewarded.I think this is a good initiative.

Dear Sir, Please focus on contractual system made for employees. In most of the big companies placement is of contractual only. Many of the companies form small companies (on Paper) and provide employment through these proxy companies to reduce the liabilities. Also even after completion of continuous 5 years, employees are denied gratuity saying that it's a fix term appointment for every year. They are playing with law. No one is there for them. You are the only hope and we trust you.

Sir,Please renew your pledge and convey your determination to take decisive actions on: Maintaining unity among caste,creed and religions;Bringing up living standards of the poor to acceptable levels and narrowing gap between rich and poor;Eliminating corruption totally and bringing up efficiency in delivery of public services;Open floodgates for self employment;Public and private investment for employment generation;Concentrate on Education, healthcare, cleanliness and building social values

Dear sir I found various government primary schools, inter colleges and many types of education funds account in the bank which are inoperative or dormant. A huge amount of money blocked on these accounts if this money can be released than many students can be benefited and more program for education can be launch

सर विशाल सोनकुल 70% दिव्यांग भाई है लेकिन उनका सामाजिक कार्य किसी अच्छे इंसान से भी बड़ा है वो उनकी आर्थिक क्षमता के हिसाब से हर क्षेत्र के लिये योगदान देते है सबसे अहम् बात तो यह है की उन्होंने अभी 100 किसान भाईयों को एक्सीडेंट और अन्य बाधा से राहत मिले इसके लिये 100 रिफ्लेक्टर डिस्ट्रीब्यूट किये सर जिसके खुद के रहन सहन खान पान की समस्या होते हुवे भी नाम की तरह काम भी विशाल है और सबसे अलग हैं

to encourage the peoples to plant more trees, government has to make policy to plant sandal-wood trees. government officer will help to maintain record of planted trees and only govt. will purchased these trees. this will helps to increase the green forest all over the country. people will earn from the same. and import cost of sandal-wood will be reduced.

लोकतंत्र को और मजबूती देने के लिये, अब भारत के प्रधानमंत्री को अपने दम पर बारिश व धूप में अपना छाता पकड़ कर राजनेताओं के समक्ष एक उदाहरण प्रस्तुत करना चाहिये। फोर्स में कार्यरत कर्मचारी किसी राजनेता का छाता थामने के लिये नहीं होते।
