Hi Sir, I am requesting you to raise your voice on the reckless firings of senior software professionals by software companies, particularly in Bangalore. For last 15-20 years the most intelligent and high achiver students in India coming to software fields. Many of them have rejected govt jobs and have chosen to work in technology field. But in India extreme corruption and high lawlessness all around the society have now made software field the den new kind of job mafia. Urgent steps neededy

इस महीने के कुछ ही दिनों में , ऐसे ३ महान शक्शियत को , दुनिया ने खोया है ! १ तमिल नाडु के चीफ मिनिस्टर डॉक्टर कलैगनर - करुणानिति २ हिंदुस्तान के पूर्व प्रधान मंत्री श्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी , ३ यूनाइटेड नेशन के पूर्व सेक्रेटरी श्री कोफ़ी अन्नान ! इन तीनों , बहुत ही बड़े महान वियक्तियो मे से हैं .. इनके योगदान को पृथ्वी के कइ लोग भूल नहीं सकते हैं ! हम सब यह प्रार्थना करें के उनकी आत्मा को शांति मिले ! धन्यवाद !

Contid..Sir without funding R&D will lag behind.There is an urgent need to have defence R&D and universities work together.Bring the global intelligentsia to India by paying them top dollars.Let the universities hire professors globally and let research work flourish in India.Our outlook will change as international faculties will bring in talent and new ideas. This is required for innovation.Without transforming education you cannot have global products and services.We need to think beyond us.

Contid..by the time Indian defence forces begin to understand a technology it has already changed.We have to collaborate and work jointly with other countries in development of advanced technologies as we benefit by building our own products which have a huge market.We should always build for global markets and also supply to Indian defence forces.Ms Sitharaman is absolutely right here.Our aim should be to build partnerships and have joint products like BRAHMOS.Russia has been a solid partner.

Dear honourable PM,It is great news to hear about the modernisation of defence.There is a rapid advancement in technology and the warfare is changing drastically.We should aim to make Indian defence forces the best in the world but that requires major upgrades.There is too much delay in adoption of cutting-edge technologies in the defence.It may help to make defence R&D organisations at par with leading western countries.People also need to understand that R&D is time consuming and expensive

Dear Sir, I know there are many other news and issues which will be given priority over mine issue but still if you have time, think over it. It is not my personal issue but for all. We are talking about Reservations everyday but do you think is it really required for those who are misusing it. Why a poor General Caste person is deprived of good job despite of having scored good marks? Why a son/daughter of an IAS/any reputed officer is given reservation based on her caste?

Dear Sir, Tit for Tat. These Pornograpy people if we can identify , then make their daughters and Mothers Wife Sisters and etc Like that and send the video to them and post it online. These afia People also Give the Death blow to their Wards, instead of wasting time to capture them and go for trial and tribulations. Or better form a students group to tackle the Issue of Pornography and let them do it. Thanking you Note : But why can't we , When China is able to ban all the Pornography.

26 अगस्त को मन की बात में यह सन्देश दे की जो भी लोग नशा करते हे. वो कृपया करे अपने छोटे बच्चो के सामने नशीली पदार्थो का सेवन न करे | इसके साथ ही उन आई. आई. टी . के छात्रों को भी सन्देश दे जो आज नशे की लत के शिकार हो गए हे| क्योकि आज हमारे देश में 80% आई. आई. टी स्टूडेंट्स नशे की लत के शिकार हुए हे। जो हमारे देश के लिए बड़ा सोचनीय विषय हे।
