Companies act 2013 gives zero power to Directors, absolute power to Auditors who neither work nor resign, Director can't remove them, companies failing to work, Registrar of Companies and MCA not helping. My company auditor filed forged appointment letters for 2 companies for 3 years. Not working and not resigning. I can't get accounts audited and ROC charging 10 times fee for delay in filing ROC returns or may. How do I solve this problem? How do you intend to to take up Make in India program.

#MannKiBaat #MyGov Sir, Many cities,towns & villages are suffering from drought issues for this I want to share with you an idea to get some relief from the drought.We can start water harvesting at our own houses,buildings,factories everywhere which will surely help in increasing the groundwater level. THe Govt. can make it compulsory to make a provision for water harvesting in newly developing houses,factories & everywhere and for the constructed ones it should be made voluntary.

मेरे विचार से internet के व्यक्तिगत इस्तेमाल पर रोक होनी चाहिये।सिर्फ एक वजह मैं देता हूँ।फ़ोटो या वीडियो का viral होना!किसी का कही से फ़ोटो या वीडियो viral होता है रो सारे उसे फॉरवर्ड करने में लगे होते है,यह जाने बिना की उस पर क्या बीतती होगी।पर वे दोगले कभी अपना फ़ोटो या वीडियो viral नहीं करते है।क्योंकि उन्हें पता है, यह कितना दर्दनाक होता है।ये तो सिर्फ एक वजह हुई।book "i hate the Internet"by jarett kobek में भी internet के दुष्प्रभाव के बारे में लिखा गया है।

It’s time where government have to make policy to decentralize the industries hub. They should move industries to class B and class C cities. That will help to reduce load on class A cities and growth of all part of Indian cities will be equal.

आज पूरा देश पानी ओर सूखे की संकट से गुजर रहा।जहां सरकार एक तरफ गांवो में लोगो को पानी मुहैया तो कराती है वही दूसरी ओर पानी की बर्बादी व करवा रही अब सवाल है की कैसे तो कभी जाके गांवो में देखए की जो व पानी की पाईप लगाए जाते उसमे से किसी भी पाईप में नल नही लगा होता है इससे यह होता की जब तक पानी सप्लाई होता है तब तक उस पानी को कोई उपयोग करे न करे वो पानी यूँ बहता रहता ह इस तरह हर रोज न जाने कितने लाखो लीटर पानी पूरे देश क गांवो म बर्बाद होता है।सरकार से बस इतनी सि इल्तजा है की इस्पे ध्यान दिया जाये

Sir, we need representatives from the government (eg. for visa processing, funds, etc) to help smooth coordination for our Olympic bound Indian athletes so that they can remain focused in winning a medal(s) for the country.
