To bring black money in to financial main stream, allow people to deposit their black money into bank accounts. Lock it for 4 years. For this 4 years interest should go to Government. So Government shall recover tax from this money and banks shall get the black money for the growth of India. The person is not losing his money as well. A win-win situation. Government can try this at least one time to see the results.

Respected prime minister, Nowadays we can find many school students suffering from obesity. One can find many schools selling junk food and all sorts of unhealthy eateries which gives a wrong message to the students who feel encouraged to eat junk foods as they are being sold in their own school canteen. If some sort of scheme is made which makes it mandatory for schools to sell healthy breakfast in their canteens then it would be very beneficial for the young minds

Indian Railways are not allowing the small vendors to sell their products in the compartments. They are selling them by bribing/requesting the railway official. This leading to corruption at lower level. Further these people belongs local village, mostly women. They commute 4 or 5 stations and sell the products they manufacture or fresh fruits. Hence I submit that some kind of seasonal ticket/pass may be issued to these self employed poor rural people to sell their products freely.
