Stamp paper meaning can be meant as non-judicial stamp paper which is used for sale deeds, Affidavits, transfer of immovable property, agreements, and wills. Judicial stamp papers are used for court fee stamp papers, to eliminate cash transactions, and judicial stamp papers are used to pay a court fee in the court.

For the youngest children in daycare and preschool, stamping activates a new group of muscles in the thumb and fingers. For older children, Kindergarten and beyond, it continues the strengthening process but also builds endurance so they will have more staying power for fine motor tasks such as writing.

Children practice hand eye coordination as they direct the stamp to go where they aim on the paper. - Hand dexterity improves as they hold and flip the dot markers and practice their fine motor skills. - They experiment with mark making and artistic expression through color choice.

Over the last couple of years CPGRAMS has become more responsive with high rates of disposal and progressive reduction in average disposal time. An analysis of grievance disposals in CPGRAMS reveals that about 87% Ministries/ Departments have disposed of the grievances in less than 45 days
