Recognizing the universal appeal of Yoga, owing to its demonstrated benefits towards immunity building and stress relief, the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) proclaimed 21st June as the International Day of Yoga (IDY) on 11th December 2014. Since 2015, this day has been observed worldwide in ever-growing numbers, to remind people across the globe about the benefits of Yoga, and to build enduring public interest in Yoga by highlighting its importance and contributions to public health.

The preparations for the 8th International Day of Yoga (IDY 2022) have already begun and the Ministry of Ayush (MoA) is looking forward to active participation from the people. As the world faced a tough time due to the pandemic of Covid-19, wherein, Yoga has emerged as the saviour for many.

Yoga is healing our minds, bodies and spirits while giving back to society. It's a way of life by following the approach to wellness, social, and environmental well-being for global development. Yoga unfolds the infinite potentials of the human mind and body and set the guidelines for how to lead a sustainable lifestyle in the modern age by creating a positive impact on the planet inevitably leading humans to make more mindful choices.

With this backdrop, the Ministry of Ayush invites all citizens to share their ideas on how “Yoga for Humanity” may be persuaded further.

YOGA gives / develops discipline to humanity in nature.YOGA is gives positive nature to a human. Nature of positive Thinking & memory will be extended. By learning and adopting Yoga in life people can conduct workshops for Humanity. This act of workshop will make many people independent and supportive for their earning as well. Charity workshops can take place at different places by different individuals.

1. Pass them on from one person to another, from teacher to students, from Professional to novice. 2. Adapt it like we adapt cricket, netflix and Amazon. 3. Most of us lacking clarity in doing yoga, write down in a way which is easy to understand and easy to distribute. 4. Recording of HD videos of Yoga must be televised on OTT and other platform for free. 5. Compulsory Yoga Instructor for schools and colleges to inbuilt the following of Yoga at the earliest stage.

Yoga is 100% problem solving. In order to popularize these to humanity, both public and private organizations should organize large-scale playgrounds, playgrounds and free yoga camps on their premises, as well as large-scale publicity campaigns by NGOs. It should set up something like this from small village to city. As well as the popular TV channel popular there to express the experience of yoga then naturally grasp about human yoga

Yoga exercise increases flexibility of muscles. Dhyan(தியானம்) is part of yoga. It reduces tension of our daily life style practices. Increases tolerance this controls blood pressure & other related diseases. In contrary Nowadays many teens playing free fighter shooting games, hence their mind changes to a robotic. If any of our body parts misbehave, then our brain identifies it. If brain misbehave one cannot identify the brain corrupted. These guys do extreme fight with others. They are very good for war, but not the society. These guys require YOGA, DYAN to come back to normal life. IT'S TRUE. YOGA increase memory power, concentration, listening ability, ultimately humane behaviour.

Yoga is relaxation of body and mind in the today's era of stress, tension, competition and crowd. Yoga is practices since from AADI KAAL and also by many famous saints and aadi gurus for their good health and relax mind. By doing yoga our mind and body get relax and our thinking and decision making power increases so we take good and better decisions. For good health of citizens govt. also organized many camps of yoga. DO YOGA LIVE A HEALTHY LIFE......... THANK YOU...............
