Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi addressed a webinar on the effective implementation of budget provisions in the Agriculture Sector.

The key announcements in the Union Budget related to Agriculture Sector are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:
•Agriculture Infrastructure Fund would be made available to APMCs for augmenting their infrastructure facilities.
•Keeping in view the transparency and competitiveness that e-NAM has brought into the agricultural market, 1,000 more mandis will be integrated with e-NAM.
•Enhancement of Agri-Credit target to ₹ 16.5 lakh cr. in FY’2022 with focus on increased credit flows to animal husbandry, dairy and fisheries.
•Micro Irrigation Fund, with a corpus of ₹5,000 cr. created under NABARD, is proposed to be doubled by augmenting it by another ₹5,000 cr.
•Warehousing assets of CPSEs such as Central Warehousing Corporation and NAFED will be rolled out under the Asset Monetization Programme.
•Development of Multi-State Cooperatives & all support by Government to them. To further streamline the ‘Ease of Doing Business’ for Cooperatives, setting up a separate Administrative Structure for them.
•PLI schemes with an outlay of Rs. 10,900 Cr. to create manufacturing global champions for the Food Processing sector to become an integral part of global supply chains, possess core competence & cutting-edge technology, promote the value and enhance exports.
•To boost value addition in agriculture and allied products and their exports, the scope of ‘Operation Green Scheme’ that is presently applicable to tomatoes, onions, and potatoes, will be enlarged to include 22 perishable products.
•5 major fishing harbours – Kochi, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Paradip & Petuaghat as hubs of economic activity. Inland fishing harbours & fish-landing centres along banks of rivers, waterways.
•To boost Seaweed Cultivation & Value chain resulting in increased incomes for Coastal Communities especially women to establish multipurpose Seaweed Park in Tamil Nadu.

Krishi kshetra ewm garibi unmulan ka ek bahut hi sunder example h ki ek taraf shasan 25/-Rs pr kg me kisano ka dhan kharid kr milling karne ke bad chawal ka kul muly 45/-Rs hota h aur phir yahi chawal inhi kisan garib janata ko 1/- per kg me pradan kiya jata h yh prakriya sabhi fasal utpad ke liye lagu ho to bharat se garibi gayab ho jayenge roti kapada makam jute chappal etc jaisi hr wastu ka muly nirdharan is tarah se ho to ram rajy ki sthapana sambhav h pr aise me aakhir log karenge kya?

अगर किसान 👉DRIP IRRIGATION SYSTEM 👈 करें तो बेहतर खेती कर पाएंगे।
इससे पोधों में darect पानी जड़ों तक जाएगा।
इस सिस्टम के किसान लोग कई फायदे उठा सकते हैं।
ना पानी वेस्ट होगा और नहीं किसी की की हानि होगी। एक और है 👉SPRINKLER SYSTEM 👈 इससे किसान बहुत फायदा उठा सकेंगे और अपने खेतों में अच्छी फसल उगा सकेंगे।
किसान पहले से ही कचरों का खाद बना लें और अपनी खेती में डाल दें।

Water management for farming is main issue of farmers, so govt should help them with helping them for water management techniques.
Most of farmers from rural areas not aware about modern farming,seed management,dual farming, fertilizers uses, modern ideas, so it is our duty to make offices at gram panchayat level for farmers which helps them to know more information about modern ways of farming and management of water,seed,fertilizers etc.

1. Make special department for spreading awareness for farmers , specially for rural area farmers
2. Make national campaign for all small,medium,large farmers to tell them about side bussiness with farming such as poultry,animal husbandry and also tell them about govt schemes for agricultural sectors.
3. Teach farmers to make organic fertilizers and to develope ideas for organic farming thorugh the meeting with agricultural specialists.
4.motivate young farmers to improve yeild in the field
