tribal community are important part of country but are still backward, so to give them full rights following measures can be considered
1. all of them should be given free and easy excess to education
2.they are not aware of technology but have excellence in producing local consumption materials . just making them aware that what they are making for self can be bought into the market and providing them funds to scale their business would not only help them but also the lost and hidden tribal heritage of our country will be represented across the world
3. media can also play a great role to establish communication between tribal people and others
4.providing adeqaute medical fascilities is of atmost important with skilled doctors
5. there area's infrastructure should be developed
6. there should be free workshops organised to teach them different skills specially which can help them to earn
7. policies of govt made for tribal should reach by them and should be made aware

Hon'ble Prime Minister Of India.
My Humble Thoughts With You.
1). THE MOST PREVAILING PROBLEM BETWEEN THE POPULATION IS SALUTATIONS. SAYING " GOOD MORNING" " GOOD EVENING " " VANAKKAM" CREATES ENORMOUS TROUBLES AND INHUMANE ATROCITIES TO THE INDIVIDUAL PERSONS.
THIS IS PREVAILING IN RURAL AND SEMI URBAN AND ALSO IN.
PEOPLE ARE IN SUCH MIND ATTITUDE AND INDIA IS ALSO IN SAME STATUS QUO. ESPECIALLY TAMIL NADU.
PEOPLE WILL NEVER CHANGE AND ARE FOCUSSING TOWARDS NEGATIVITIES.
To be Contd...

Develop a Robust Tribal economy - Is a very very relevant topic at the moment. I have few suggestions -
1.Identify the tribes by Location,Population, skill and find out how many are below 25,below 50 .
2.Need to understand what is the mindsets of the community.Their needs, their preferences,Culture,Education levels,Aspirations if any preferably the younger lot.
3.This data once collected will help in making a Road map for future .
4.I think we must not impose on them rather be with them and develope taking in confidence.
Can be helpful if i am required.I am a Mechanical engineer with 32 yrs of industry exp.

Tribal economic development has provided the base on which tribal nations have built strong and growing communities and healthy economies. Relying on Native traditions to guide community development, tribes have invested the resources from tribal economic development into their schools to support their youth and have built innovative elder care facilities. Tribal government and business leaders are focused on creating jobs and building workforce development initiatives for their tribal members

If we have to make the economy of the country ahead, then we have to pay more attention to the middle class and make it the most capable so that they can consume more and more goods and there will be more and more demand for such things and small to big traders will get profit. This will boost the economy of our country and people of all classes will also benefit.

The promotion of modern technology in areas where tribal dominant population exists, role of Non Governmental Agencies in tribal areas to aid in bringing awareness , education , skill development training in cottage/home made products , promotion of tribal rural marketing platform , promotion of self help group ,micro financing in tribal predominant areas. laying down separate earmarked budget for the tribal areas/citizen development.Necessary support for education, health, sanitation, water supply, livelihood, etc. to improve their economic, educational and social conditions.welfare schemes are formulated based on the requirement of tribal areas and the tribal people. Government funded old age pension and medical assistanace in tribal areas and the tribal people,

Supporting the native tradition is the key to building a strong community and a healthy economy. With 8% of the population of India belonging to the Scheduled Tribe it becomes critical for the government to safeguard their interest and promote their livelihood.
