The National Energy Conservation Day is being celebrated every year on December 14 since 1991. The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), under the aegis of Ministry of Power spearheads the celebrations every year. The objective to celebrate the National Energy Conservation Day is to drive mass awareness about the importance of energy efficiency and conservation.

1. All people should order local items and local foods and other stuff to reduce transport costs and other forms of infections from foreign produce or far off places. 2. All industries & Commericial should install renewable energy devices and improve process to reduce dependency of fossil fuels 3. All farmers use Renewable energy devices 4. All Households should use renewables as per conveniance and use EV and bio fuels and Hydrogen vehciles use. 5. All house electric audit who consumes more than 300 units in normal days and more than 600 units in summer 6. Peak electricity like evening 5 to night 10 needs review and reduce load shedding in some unnecessary areas if not possible than lighting is major factor which needs solution like solar lights led etc. 7. Production industries should start working 24x7 for sharing of loads in all 3 shifts and new employment and less load at any point of time and less traffic and other indirect benefits 8. • • Introduce Engineering and polytechnic courses in o Renewable energy, ( Wind/Solar / hydroelectric etc:- o Doctorate studies in renewable energy namely;-  Energy systems and climate change- Doctoral program in integrating in areas of engineering and environment with those of economics and management, providing an analysis of energy systems in the perspective of sustainable development.  A thorough study of the systems of energy generation and sustaining them over a prolonged duration of time, generating industries which are economically viable in future.  Focus on the environmental sustainability on one hand and businesses and development on the other. • At present the government is charging a GST of 12% on bicycles, this should be reduced to zero and cycles should be sold at subsidized cost. • If a nation wants to maintain a clean way of life, the nation has to leverage and exploit our intellectual resources through innovation and technology.

Dear Sir, I wish that make it practice to every children, young people to grow plant in their localities. how many plant one can grow in one year, make it trend or put a prize money. so that environment became cool, and use of electricity consumption reduce.

there should be mandate to all the residential appartments / societies in urban areas to install solar panels on rooftop. which can save electricity and surplus electricity can be used in rural area. through this people can save electricity and amount plus need of electricity in rural/agriculture area can be fulfilled with cheap rates .
