Exam stress is just because of stressed learning process which occurs when the exams are near & the student Is just stressed beacuse the whole year he has been told to learn just beacuse he has to score in exams. The main problem in our education system is we are not told to learn to develop ourselves but because we have to perform good in exams.I believe first of all homework should be abolished and more stress should be laid on a child’s progress rather than judging him on basis of his marks.

Constant revision of the syllabus will help us break the monotony curve of forgetting things and will further help us for better retention of the content studied.

i think the surrounding itself creates stress n all that.. from the very admission the allotment of exam schedule starts to generate tension..smtms even the parents n teachers boost up tension...why are shout or chanting of exams?? just prepare students well before their exam...do offer them proper guidance about their courses... proper knowing will certainly reduce the stress...
