It is very good that we were conducting pariksha pe charcha before the final exam of 10th and 12th. last year is very pandemic for us and our students also.throught out the year all students were online only .they hav complete their studies online only.

we can not overcome stress until we know are not valuing our time. if we are having full preparation our stress will overcome automatically.

1. Make of your own notes to go thru during your examination time. 2. Use different colour pens for your notes. 3. Prepare Bird Eye view notes for revision 4. Practice the practicals 5. Face east or north for better performance 6. Eat light and have plenty of water at a proper intervals 7. Have break of 10 minutes after every 2 hours 8. Talk to family members during break instead of watching TV. 9. Have faith in you, your efforts, and write in a way paper checker can understand.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी! मेरे विचार से प्रत्येक शैक्षणिक सत्र में बार बार परीक्षा लेने से छात्र परीक्षा में सहज होंगे।छोटे शहरों और गांवों में बच्चों को आनलाइन पढ़ाई सुलभ हो इसके लिए विशेष योजना बनानी होगी तभी सही माएने में हम सफल होंगे।

one can overcome exam stress just by following a meticulous study plan with a perfect designed timetable, doing little yoga and regular meditation, having a healthy diet. Noting down all the important subject concepts and revising quite often.. Cumulative way of reading topics, sharing the stress with known people and finding the way that they overcome the exam tension etc are the helpful ways to overcome the stress.

Exam stress maybe overcome by effective time management and capable planning. A focussed plan of action goes a long way towards more positive results and better outcomes. Also, constant practice of meditation is also very effective.
