Exam stress is something which bothers every student. And we all certainly want to overcome this, but are unable to do. Why? Because most of the students in the country study just because of pressure but many don't actually enjoy learning. Try learning and not studying in an interesting way. Don't mug up but understand each and every thing and it's gonna be interesting! Don't study just the day before exam but stick to a proper routine for the whole session and pressure will be reduced.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मेरा मानना है कि यदि देश का भविष्य मजबूत और सुखद बनाना है तो विद्यार्थियों के साथ संवाद पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए और आप इस दिशा में एक स्वस्थ संस्कृति का विकास कर रहे हैं। इससे उनके अंदर छुपी प्रतिभा बाहर आती है और एक साधारण परिवेश के विद्यार्थी में भी असाधारण क्षमता और कौशल का विकास होने लगता है। विद्यार्थी परीक्षा को कुशलता पूर्वक दे सके , अपने जीवन को सही दिशा दे सके , स्वावलंबी बन सके इसके लिए तीन ' एम' , मार्गदर्शन,मोटीवेशन और मेडिटेशन अति आवश्यक हैं।ओम।

Stress can be overcome with proper sleep, food and care from parents and teachers.To have physical exercise daily.To keep away from distractions from family and friends.

Stick to a routine by eating and sleeping at around the same time each day. Get a good night's sleep. ... Give yourself mini rewards once you achieve your study goals – watch a TV show or go for a run. Keep focused on your study – don't let other stuff like friendship worries distract you.
