But for others, sweaty palms and heart palpitations are just a part of the territory, and it seems that nothing is more impossible than sitting down and revising.

aspiration means to desire for something.human beings are the puppet of desires for something without any planning maker a man daydreamer only.95%of people spend their life in dreaming only.they never do anything solid which can bring their dreams into reality.with the results such kind of people always make complaints about the life saying that life has been given them nothing.but the fact is that they never changed their thoughts into the action.life always give opportunity to every person.

1- Stick to a routine by eating and sleeping at around the same time each day. 2- Give yourself mini rewards once you achieve your study goals. 3- Keep focused on your study --- don't let other stuff like friendship worries distract you. 4- Allow yourself time to rest -- try out some relaxation activities like meditation or deep breathing or listening to music. 5- Cut back on energy drinks they can increase nerves. Drink lots of water instead! 6-Eat a well-balanced diet lots of fresh fruits etc.
