Let the student study the subjects which he or she likes. Either of one or two subjects from the total number of subjects. The student should become master of one and not jack of all.

Allow yourself time to rest -- try out some relaxation activities like meditation or deep breathing or listening to music.

Exams are the measure to examine education level of the student. But students take it as a pressure on their minds. Therefore: *Students should not take exams as a motive to score maximum marks but as a knowledge to aquire something for their future. *They should be encouraged but not pressurized by their teachers and parents to score maximum marks. *Seminars should be held in schools to enhance their writing, speaking and listening skills . *Inspirational movies should be viewed .

The closest parallel to exams is festivals! You may be surprised but let me explain why… To begin with, there is a great spirit of anticipation in the run-up to festivals. They are among the most awaited events of the year. I am sure you look forward to festivals such as Holi, Diwali, Eid, Christmas and Guru Purab. Similarly haven’t you been discussing your exams months in advance and planning for them diligently?

Teachers should try to understand the shortcomings of the student and should fulfil them by giving special time. Parents should patiently hear the problems of the students and should take the students to the concerned teachers. For enhancing the concentration power, Yogic Excercise like Meditation, Bhramri, Tadasan etc should be practised daily 3 or 4 times. The diets of the students must be given special attention.

Exam Stress: No doubt the students especially of board classes are under stress. Although the regular online classes and other initiatives during the COVID period have helped the students a lot, but they did not able themselves to cop up with the offline mode. So, in such a time only the parents as week as teachers can help the students to keep their minds peaceful, calm and safe by encouraging the students. Although the shortfalls of 1 year long period cannot be overcome, but we shall try.
