I feel that exam stress can be reduced, but not completely eradicated. Here are some tips to be followed:
1) Try to overcome the fear of failure and accept it
2) Plan your studies well. Make a timetable according to your comfort(If you need to start early, then don't hesitate to do it)
3) No matter how brilliant you are don't try to cramp all the portions into one day
4) Include some fun and relaxing activities in your schedule
5) Try to understand the lessons
