I feel that exam stress can be reduced, but not completely eradicated. Here are some tips to be followed: 1) Try to overcome the fear of failure and accept it 2) Plan your studies well. Make a timetable according to your comfort(If you need to start early, then don't hesitate to do it) 3) No matter how brilliant you are don't try to cramp all the portions into one day 4) Include some fun and relaxing activities in your schedule 5) Try to understand the lessons

Following these tips may be helpful for excellent and stress-free preparation : -Read the entire book meticulously and solve every question given -Revise repeatedly -Adhere to some planner -Do meditation and yoga -Get fully prepared before exam-time. This will help in reducing anxiety during exam-time.

It's a good initiative to done away with BOARD exams upto 10th standard,due to exam stress and result threat students go for the extreme steps. However,house exam standard should be improved and frequency of house exam should also be increased ,but it should be kept in mind marks system should not be disclosed,grades is a better way. "Every Man possesses an Equal Brain" ,it's not just a proverb ,strong n weak is the Law of Nature , but every student possesses a special quality ,groom that.

As a Student . I can understand that we all panic and take stress during exams. So, here I would like to share some tips which I use during exams: start your day by taking fresh air, start your revision inbetween you can take small breaks for refreshment. Don't do cramming whatever you are doing do it by heart. First you sit down for revision then don't stand unless and until you complete your revision. Don't waste your time just focus on your study. Time is precious; utilise it efficiently!

Respected Prime Minister Sir, Thank you for PPC Students get stressed when they find no one to talk to. So my first advise is for parents.Please take out time to sit with your child and talk about latest happenings or something else but not their syllabus. Help your child get up in the morning. Teachers must stay in touch with students till the exam day. They must make them realize that they have studied everything and just need to revise things thoroughly. Tell them to believe in themselves.

Practice makes a man perfect learning is natural process .Being a teacher it's our responsibility to make learning interesting and easy for the learners .If concept formation is done in correct manner it enhance understanding ,then it becomes easy for the student to learn and revise the concept . We all suffer from different kinds of stress but the youth mainly suffer from exam stress and going through everything in the last minute whereas they should sit and try to breathe in the last minutes so as to refresh their minds which can increase the result by 50%.
