परीक्षा के समय तनाव से मुक्ति पाने के लिए सभी छात्रों से आग्रह है कि 1. एक नियमित सारणी का अनुसरण करते हुए अध्ययन करें जिसमें सभी विषयों का समावेश हो | 2. बीच बीच में थोड़ा आराम लें और माता-पिता, अभिभावक एवं शिक्षक से संवाद करते रहें | 3. मन को एकाग्रचित करने के लिए व्यायाम एवं प्राणायाम करें और अंतर्मन से परीक्षा के भय को निकालने का प्रयास करें | 4. समय समय पर आत्म मुल्यांकन कर त्रुटि निवारण के प्रयास करें और 5. परीक्षाफल की चिंता किये बिना हर समय प्रसन्नचित रहने का प्रयास करें |

students are not clear why we are giving exam basically views of parents are affecting them negative towards online classes.. students' assessment should be done properly.. whatever marks is comming in online mode of examination we teachers should take it seriously and work on the weak part of students for this even in covid-19 the blueprint of questions must contain all the type of question which able to test knowledge, understanding, application and skill of the students for better assessment
