Healthy food does not have merely one but numerous benefits. It helps us in various spheres of life. Healthy food does not only impact our physical health but mental health too. When we intake healthy fruits and vegetables that are full of nutrients, we reduce the chances of diseases.

मैं रोज जल्दी उठता हूं बारहवां में घूमने जाता हूं अच्छा घर का खाना खाता हूं हेल्दी दूध दही शराब गुटका कुछ नहीं खाता पीता शाम को जोगिंग पर जाता हूं बस इतना ही है

Regular blood tests are of no signficance if we don't adopt healthy happy lifestyle like regular tension free walk,yoga, pranayam, healthy nutritious balanced diet containing no or less fats and sugar along with no smoking and no alcohal,always laughing and leading a purposeful life.No supplements and no gym as healthy body doesn't need any drug, alcohol or tobacco.Just listen to your heart and ask as if what can I do for you keeping aside your sensory organs especially tongue,you will get the answer.No medical or any pathy supplements are required nor religious myths and taboos need to be perpetuated.Mind it,it is from expert Family Physician

a happy heart not to simple in my country . for exemple . a patwari is very comman and friendly jobs ... but he is the Hitler and disturb to all ..so please obey the duty honestly . jab aap aag lagoge na ek din apke ghar v ayegi no fast action against currepted officers and educate the people

Education system Private sector All social workers and volunteers If we all work on 5 common and 5 job or role specific goals every day India can be transformed in a 5 years and we can create wonderful example in world. For example environment should be in common goal
