Dear Sir, GE, Why heart attack happened?. The reason given below, a) Smoking. b) Drinking. c) Drugs. d) Too much Stress. e) Bad Diet. f) Too much Sleeping or less Sleep. g) Bad Daily Routine. h) Spicy Food. I) Too much Salt in Food. all above reasons are the symptoms of bad heart that is how, if we smoke and drink wine or bear or taking drugs, spicy food and salt in our blood cholesterol will increase due to cholesterol heart rate increase or decrease due this we face blood pressure it is advisable that after 40 years of age please do the full body check one in a year. For healthy heart we have to take 8 hrs sleep, in morning please do morning walk, take less salt in the food, drink water 8 to 10 glass so that digestion is good, take fruit and vegetables in your lunch and dinner, make your self busy and in happy hours do your work which you like most spend few hours with your family, take medicine as prescribed by doctors for those how have blood pressure problem.
